Deer Valley (Utah) Homes
Deer Valley Utah offers a number of areas, subdivisions and developments of single family homes.
The areas include Lower Deer Valley (Solamere, Hidden Meadows, Hidden Oaks, Nordic Village, Royal Oaks, and The Oaks at Deer Valley), Deer Crest (Deer Crest Area, Deer Crest Estates and Snow Top), Upper Deer Valley (The Cottages, Knoll Estates, Evergreen, Bald Eagle Club, Bellemont, and American Flag) and Empire Pass (Nakoma, Northside Village, Paintbrush, Red Cloud and The Belles at Empire Pass)
Lower Deer Valley is located on Deer Valley Drive. It is the area in which Snow Park Lodge is located--the primary entrance to Deer Valley Ski Resort. It's an area comprised of single family homes (Solamere, Hidden Meadows, Hidden Oaks, Nordic Village, Royal Oaks, and The Oaks at Deer Valley). Most homes have wonderful views and are a few minutes from Snow Park Lodge.
Deer Crest is the home of luxury homes--mostly ski in/out. This is a gated community. It is also an area with incredible views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Thje areas/developments that comprise Deer Crest (Deer Crest Area, Deer Crest Estates and Snow Top) can be reached through Lower Deer Valley or the Mayflower Exit off of Utah Highway 40.
Upper Deer Valley (including Mid-Mountain and Silver Lake) is comprised of single family homes in private and secluded settings--some ski in/out. Some of the homes are older and have been exquisitely remodeled. This is area is treed and quiet and away from it all. Developments/subdivisions include The Cottages, Knoll Estates, Evergreen, Bald Eagle Club, Bellemont, and American Flag).
Empire Pass (Nakoma, Northside Village, Paintbrush, Red Cloud and The Belles at Empire Pass) is the newest addition to Deet Valley--with some outstandingl single family homes. Nakoma, Northside Village, Paintbrush, Red Cloud and the Belles at Empire Pass are single family home developments. The privacy and seclusion are unsurpassed in these areas!
