Deer Valley (Utah)
Deer Valley (Utah): Condominiums, Town Homes and Single Family Homes
Deer Valley is divided into a number of areas. Lower Deer Valley, Deer Crest, Upper Deer Valley and Empire Pass.
Lower Deer Valley is located on Deer Valley Drive. It is the area in which Snow Park Lodge is located--the primary entrance Deer Valley Ski Resort. It is an area comprised of condomimiums, town homes, luxury single family homes (Solamere) and ski in/out properties (Black Diamond, Trailside and Pine Inn and La Maconnerie).
Deer Crest is the home of the St. Regis (a 5 Star Condotel) as well as town homes (Deer Crest Village and Deer Pointe) and luxury single family homes (Deer Crest Estates and Snow Top). Best description of this area--incredible views with luxurious ski in/out properties. Deer Crest can be reached through Lower Deer Valley or the Mayflower exit off of Utah Highway 40 as can the St. Regis. If you've never taken a ride on a funicular it's a real treat!
Upper Deer Valley (including Mid-Mountain and Silver Lake) is comprised of single family homes, condominiums and town homes. This is an area that will also get you on the slopes if you don't want to park in Lower Deer Valley (and the crowds are easier to deal with). For ski in/out properties consider Sterlingwood and The Deer Valley Club among others.
Empire Pass: Offers many real estate opportunities. The Montage is the newest addition to the area--a wonderful 5 Star condotel--incredible views and amenities. Arrowleaf, Flagstaff, Silver Strike Lodge, Shooting Star and The Grand Lodge offer ski in/out access (stacked flats). If you're more interested in the town home feel you should consider Ironwood and Larkspur developments. Nakoma, Northside Village, Paintbrush, Red Cloud and the Belles at Empire Pass are single family home developments.
Let me know if you'd like more information about any of the areas or properties (condominiums or townhomes) in Deer Valley.
